Mini Tic Tac Boxes And Onstage Swaps!

I was looking for something to package into a swap for our Stampin' Up Onstage demonstrator event and these mini Tic Tac boxes are so sweet. I love anything mini!

Boxes for mini tic tacs, You Tube Tutorial

I matched up the card colours with the tic tac boxes. I used Balmy Blue, Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral and Pumpkin Pie.

Here is my You Tube Tutorial showing how I made them.

You can see all the lovely swaps I received at Onstage too!

I hope you like them, do give me a thumbs up and subscribe if you do, Oh and don't forget to click the little bell for notifications of future videos

I created the little labels using the Tabs For Everything stamp set and the 3/4 inch circle punch. Both of these are on the retiring list to make way for new items. Hop over to my shop to buy now if you'd like these as they are whilst stocks last.

I didn't swap all of my swaps this time, as I was lucky enough to be selected as a volunteer at registration at the event 😀

Some of the team getting ready to welcome 600 demonstrators!!

Look at all those gorgeous convention bags waiting to be given out, full of goodies!

I did manage to swap a lot of my boxes and got some gorgeous swaps in return. You can see those in the You Tube video!

The inspiration for my boxes came from the Paper Pixie who posted a You Tube video showing how to make them last year. You can see that here and I have also added the link to the video description box. Do check her out.

We had an amazing time at Onstage! Just one of the perks of being a demonstrator. We got a copy of the new catalogue that is coming out in June too! Do check out all the products that are retiring to make way for new as they are only whilst stocks last. You can see them here under Last Chance Products.

The new Spring Summer catalogue is still in full swing and is full of beautiful, fresh, spring colours and is stuffed full of everything you need for your papercrafting.  Do let me know if you would like a copy wont you!

I am of course, very grateful if you choose me to be your demonstrator and you shop with me. If you shop with me online, don't forget to use the hostess code if your order is between £20 - £150 for a small gift from me.

Floral Essence Stampin Up! - New Product Sneak Peek!

Floral Essence

New Product Sneak Peek!

I have just come home from an amazing weekend away at Onstage, our biannual Stampin Up demonstrator convention. Our brand new upcoming Annual catalogue was revealed along with all the products including this gorgeous stamp set which I was lucky enough to bring home with me!

Floral Essence Card- New Product Stampin Up

There are lots of flower images in this set including this one and I and couldn't wait to have a play.

How I Made It

I chose Old Olive as my card base with a layer of Blackberry Bliss card. I stamped the image in versamark and heat embossed in white onto watercolour paper. I used my Aqua Painter to pick up the colour from my Blackberry Bliss ink pad to water colour. the flowers.  I added some of the leaves in the same way and used Old Olive ink.

Floral Essence Card- New Product Stampin Up

I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive onto Whisper White and layered it onto Blackberry Bliss card. The 3/8 " Linen Magnolia Lane Ribbon is also a brand new one coming up in the new catalogue too!

I have stamped another flower inside in Blackberry Bliss. They are I believe anemone's. This stamp set is part of a punch/stamp set bundle and also a suite comprising of some beautiful papers and ribbon too.

The three petal image has a matching punch with which you can layer to make beautiful flowers and the three leafed sprig in the stamp set matches our existing leaf punch!  So useful, I am going to get a lot of use out of it!  It will be available to customers to buy at the beginning of June when the catalogue launches.

I hope you enjoy this sneak peek! We made another card with this set whilst we were at Onstage so watch out for that in an upcoming post.

Stampin' Up! Onstage 2017!

I am just about coming back down to earth I think from all the excitement of our Biannual Stampin' Up! demonstrator convention Onstage last weekend! It was AMAZING!

Stampin' Up!  do these events so well and they really do spoil us.
Onstage is held in various locations worldwide and our local UK one was this time held in Solihull. About 450 of attended and the event was sold out in less than a day!

I travelled up and went to a team craft event nearby on Friday where we had afternoon tea, fun, crafted and were spoiled!

A beautiful gift from my team leader. It has my initial on it!

Gorgeous view from this venue.

Demonstrators travel from all over the UK for Onstage and it is a very sociable occasion. There is always someone arranging a meal in the evening and everyone is welcome. Stampin' Up demonstrators are such a friendly bunch and always ready to welcome newcomers into the fold. The evening brought more fun and laughter as a group of us met up again for dinner.

Into bed late and up early on Saturday morning to go to Onstage.

They had a great breakfast at the hotel we stayed at including a waffle iron! I thought I'd be brave and have a go. It turned out ok didn't it?! It was delicious.

I was so thrilled to have one of my team coming to Onstage with me!

The day at Onstage is a full one, at check in you receive your convention bag full of goodies and your name badge and ribbons.  There are display boards showcasing all the brand new products from the up coming Spring Catalogue to ooh and aah over as well as sample projects too.

I was so happy to unexpectedly get a recruiting ribbon thanks to my team. 😊

Early in the day is the perfect time to get ahead with your swapping. The convention room is full of people swapping, hugging and catching up with old friends and swapping is the perfect way to make new ones.

See here my You Tube video of my swap and all the fabulous ones I received at Onstage plus my convention bag, contents and special Stampin' Up! 30th Anniversary pin.

We had so much fun. We are thoroughly spoiled throughout the day. It Is Stampin Up's 10th Anniversary in Europe this month and after a lovely lunch we all had a celebratory cupcake as well.

Amanda with her cake 😀

We were also gifted a gorgeous Stampin Up limited edition silver 30th Anniversary pin which is what my table were all holding in these little orange bags.

We got lots of goodies throughout the day, namely stamp sets and product. I got a great one in prize patrol. They are all from the new catalogue so no spoilers here, after all it's not even Christmas yet. Needless to say I am very excited and you wont be disappointed.

We saw lots of footage from the Live Onstage event in Utah as well as lots of presentations at our own event and at 11 am  we held a 2 minute silence for Armistice day and you could have heard a pin drop in that room of 450 people. I was a little proud of that.

I caught up with friends.

More of our team.

So many demonstrators gathered together having fun. There was lots of recognition for achievements and lots of cheering! We got Stampin Up news, saw new products showcased all day, received lots of goodies and had such a great day. I always come back feeling so inspired. I have to say getting the starter kit with Stampin' Up! was the best decision ever. I have had the best time and met some amazing people. All for the love of paper and ink.

I'm already planning for the next event and Im hoping to take more of my team along. its so much fun.  If you think you would like it too and would like to join my team, get in contact and see if its right for you.

Onstage Excitement!

One of the great things about being a Stampin Up Demonstrator is being able to go to all the fun events, particularly the bi annual convention Onstage.

It is so much fun. It is attended by hundreds of demonstrators in regions around the world. We get to see all the brand new products before they are launched,  ( so much more fun ooing and ahing with others than on your own!) get to play and take home new products and get lots of inspiration seeing them show cased for us. We also get a little spoiled.  I have made a lot of  great friends in the last couple of years with Stampin Up and these events give us the opportunity to catch up too.

Onstage Live Amsterdam

A few of pics from our last Onstage Event in April. This was a 3 day event in Amsterdam.

I am currently in the middle of preparing my swaps for the Onstage event coming up this weekend. I have around 50 or so. Just a little favour box. So simple but would be great with any colours or papers. They would make perfect wedding favours or place settings don't you think?

Swaps are optional and how many you make is completely up to you. However I love to make swaps as I come home with a bag of 50 different swaps , lots of inspiration and often have met lots of lovely new people along the way.

I'm thrilled this time that one of my own team is coming with me and I get to share all the excitement with her as well as my larger team of whom there will be 115 in attendance! There will be somewhere between three to four hundred demonstrators at the event.

I wont be able to share any of the new products with you from the upcoming Spring Summer catalogue that we will see for quite a few weeks yet. After all we have Christmas first!  However, the perk of being able to preorder items before the public is also afforded to those joining up who wish to add them to their starter kit!  How cool is that! so if you have considered it, it will be the perfect time!

I will be back with news from Onstage and some of the fun we got up to next week.

Christmas Ribbons

A gift with a hand tied bow or a tag with a pretty ribbon makes a gift something extra special and gives your card that wow factor. or So which do you choose? Of course it would be fabulous to have it all wouldn't it.

If you would like to get your hands on all of the ribbons in the Christmas Stampin' Up! catalogue you can and for a fraction of the cost!

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I can offer you a ribbon share.

This is a fab way to have all of the ribbons at a great price and not be left with too much left over stash either!  Of course theres nothing stopping you from buying full reels if there are particular ones you fall in love with.

Each Ribbon share costs just £6.50 and includes free postage within the UK.

1 m of 8 ribbons = £6.50
2 m of 8 ribbons = £13
