I am so excited to be part of the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop and very honoured to be in amongst some very talented stampers from around the world! If you are starting here or continuing to hop, hello and welcome to my blog 😀

For our hop this month the theme is masculine. One for the men in our lives and the perfect excuse to show you this fun Pop Out card I made using the gorgeous Sail Away Suite.

I love the papers! perfect for everyone but great for the men in our lives. It can be a bit tricky to make a masculine card sometimes and I think these stamps, dies, and papers fit the bill.

It has a surprise hidden pop out inside giving it that WOW factor!

It's one of those that looks a little complicated but look a little harder and you can see how easy it is to make.

And a Birthday one. The birthday sentiments are from the Lots Of Happy Card Kit.

Wow Make ' n Take 3D Card , Pinkies Team Event And The Stampers Showcase!

I am so excited to be part of the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop and very honoured to be in amongst some very talented stampers from around the world! If you are starting here or continuing to hop, hello and welcome to my blog.

For our hop this month the theme is 3D! The perfect excuse to show you this fun "springy" card I made using the gorgeous Magnolia Lane Suite.

Magnolia Lane Bundle, Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper, used ti make a 3D card for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop. Stampin Up

I made this card for a WOW Make n Take for a team event this weekend! We had a whole weekend of crafting, laughing and sharing inspiration and projects. This weekend was run by my lovely team leader for our Pinkies Team. There were around 50 of us and I was absolutely delighted to take some of my own Inkredible Team members along too!

It's a fun springy card but folds flat to go into an envelope.

The magnolias are stamped and cut out using the dies and coloured in with Blends - my favourite kind of colouring medium right now. I used a little Flirty Flamingo at the base of the petals, then Petal Pink, leaving the tips white. The leaves are coloured in Mossy Meadow.

Watch out for a YouTube video coming up in the next few days showing how it's made.

Card In A Box With Come Sail Away - Wow Project

I am so excited to be part of Kylie Bertucci's June Blog Hop! We are an international group of demonstrators all working towards growing our business's and sharing ideas and inspiration along the way.  Thank you so much for joining us!

This is a card in a box with boats, light house, anchor, compass and seaweed, using the Lets Sail Away stamps, dies and paper from Stampin Up

This card was really fun to make.  Yes, it is a card. It's called a card in a box and folds completely flat to pop into the envelope!

This is the side view of a card in a box with boats, light house, anchor, compass and seaweed, using the Lets Sail Away stamps, dies and paper from Stampin Up

My fabulous team leader Michelle Last showed us how to make this type of card last autumn at a team event using the cute snowmen we had in the Christmas catalogue. I loved it and when I saw the Sail Away Suite in the new Annual catalogue I thought it would look great with the boats sailing in it. The Sail Away stamps and dies have gorgeous matching papers, perfect for this project.

Here is my YouTube Tutorial showing exactly how I made it.

I hope you like it. Please give me a thumbs up and subscribe if you do. Oh, and don't forget to click the little bell for notification of future videos.

I have added the new Bakers Twine to the anchor and the "seaweed" to give texture, and the compass needle moves around with the help of the tiny brad.

The back is in Balmy Blue, stamped with the birds and boats, also in Balmy Blue so that the writing for the recipient can easily be seen.

For how to make it, see the video tutorial.  Here are the measurements you will need.

Dimensions

Box

A4 Night Of Navy card.
Scored with the long side at the top at:
7cm, 14cm, 21cm, and 28 cm.

Score with the short side at the top at:
7cm.

Cut at 15 cm along the short edge. KEEP the discarded piece of card.

Decorating the box

Balmy Blue card - Cut at 6.5cm x 14.5 cm - round the top two corners.

Designer Series Paper.
1 piece at 6.5 x 14.5 cm rounded at the top two corners (Inside the back of the box)
3 pieces at 6.5 x 6.5 cm rounded at the bottom two corners of each ( Box flaps)
3 pieces at 6.5 x 7.5 cm.  (box sides)

Bridges inside box

From the discarded Night Of Navy card, cut a piece which is 10.5 cm wide, ensuring that the scored 1.5 cm section is on the left. Cut in half at 3 cm so you end up with two pieces with scored ends.

This type of card is sure to get a Wow! from the recipient and whilst make take a little longer isn't more difficult. It's more fun to make and give than a flat card. Do have a try. I'd love to hear if you like it so please let me know in the comments.

I do hope you like my card. You can start or continue hopping around here, so grab a cuppa, and enjoy!

Here are all the products I have used on my card with clickable images that will take you straight to my online shop.

I am of course, very grateful for your custom if you shop with me. If you shop with me online, don't forget to use the hostess code if your order is between £20 - £150 for a gift from me.

Good Morning Magnolia Fancy Fold Card - Stampers Showcase Blog Hop

I am so excited to be part of the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop and very honoured to be in amongst some very talented stampers from around the world! If you are starting here or continuing to hop, hello and welcome to my blog.

For our hop this month the theme is Fancy Folds florals and the perfect excuse to pull out this gorgeous brand new bundle Good Morning Magnolia

How stunning is this large Magnolia stamp?! I have stamped it in Black Memento and coloured in with Blend Markers, Petal Pink with a tiny bit of Flirty Flamingo at the base of the petals. The tips I have left white and the leaves are coloured in Mossy Meadow.

So how is it a Fancy Fold card?

A Z Fold card is actually quite simple to construct.

With lots of panels for stamping and creativity. The small magnolias here were stamped and coloured just like the large one but there are two on the panel that says "Thinking of You" that stand out a little. That's because they are cut out of the patterned paper that goes with this bundle using the matching die! How cool is that!

Before the scored base layers were glued together I stamped the large magnolia in Mossy Meadow ink onto the back so that there is detail from each angle.

I hope you like my fancy fold card using the new Good Morning Magnolia Bundle. It's gorgeous and will be available very soon from June 4th in the new Annual Catalogue.

I can't wait to see what all the other people taking part in the hop have come up with for the Springtime Floral theme. There are some super talented people taking part so grab a cuppa and hop around for some fabulous inspiration.

Twist And Pop Card Made Easy - Hello Cupcake!

Twist And Pop Cards Made Easy - Hello Cupcake!

Open twist and pop card using Hello Cupcake stamps

Thanks for joining me for Saleabration Sunday, bringing you a new project every Sunday throughout Saleabration.

I loved these Twist and Pop cards when they seemed to be everywhere a while ago. I'm going to a team day today where we make cards and swap with each other to give inspiration and share ideas and I thought it would be nice to do something a little different.

There are lots of tutorials out there but here is my version. There are quite a few tutorials out there in inches but I couldn't find it in metric so I made my own.

These cards look complicated but there is really three steps to it and if you just take it step by step it's surprising how it comes together.
