Everything Is Rosy Blog Hop !

I am so excited to be part of this special collaborative blog hop with the Pinkies team I belong to here in the UK and the Inkspired team over in Australia! If you are starting here or continuing to hop, hello and welcome to my blog. Today we will all be working with the new, gorgeous Everything Is Rosy Medley💕

It's cram packed full of beautiful products and the first thing I wanted to make with it was a Memory Album. Perfect to fill with photographs and gift.

The papers are foiled in Rose Gold and are so pretty, easy to choose which to use on the album pages.

I've used the detailed edgelit die with the Rose Gold Foil card to create a beautiful edge down the right sides of the pages.

The flowers and leaves are stamped in Night Of Navy and Melon Mambo, full strength and stamping off to create different shades of the same colour before die cutting Making it simple work to layer them up and decorate the pages.

I've added pockets that give plenty of extra space to include photos and journaling and I used a little of the Melon Mambo Ruched Ribbon to create a pull tab on this one.

Can you see a few of the Rose Gold mirror dots I added to this page?

This might be my favourite page.

I've used a paintbrush to splatter the Rose Gold Shimmer Paint to the Whisper White card before adding the stamped, die cut flowers and leaves. The leaf sprays were cut in Whisper White and simply painted with the Rose Gold Shimmer Paint.

I've painted the friend die cut from the Well Written framelits with the Rose Gold Shimmer Paint.

I made it as a gift with a matching birthday card to go with it,

A little more paint spattering with the Shimmer Paint before layering up the die cut flowers. The sentiment is stamped in Melon Mambo and the leaf sprays are die cut with the Rose Gold Foiled card to finish it off.

I hope you like it, do let me know. I've loved playing with Everything Is Rosy and there are lots more projects to come with it, so do look out for those.

I chose Mossy Meadow and Melon Mambo with a hint of Daffodil Delight/Crushed Curry and I think they went together surprisingly well.

You can see how I made it here in my You Tube Tutorial.

I hope you like it. Please give me a thumbs up if you do. Don't forget to click the little bell for notification of future videos.

Dandelion Wishes - A Note For You

Dandelion Wishes - A Note For You

Inspire Create Challenge #040

This week for the Inspire Create Challenge we have a colour theme of Black and White.

Hand made card using the Dandelion Wishes stamp set in Black and White with Silver embossing.

I wanted a clean and simple card and I thought the Dandelion Wishes stamp set would be perfect for it.  I stamped it in Black to begin with but I felt there was something missing. I decided to stamp and emboss in Silver to compliment the monochrome without adding extra colour.

I added the "a note for you" from the Eastern palace stamp set in Black.  I wanted to see how the curve in the stamp would look like under the dandelion head. I love it! And I love the font in this stamp set too.

Just a simple card but very pretty, I added some of the black satin Ribbon to finish it off and tied a knot . I stamped dandelions inside the card and on the envelope too.

I hope you like it. You can see what the rest of the talented Design Team came up with for this challenge over at the Inspire Create Challenge #40 here. You can see all the entries and play along too. We'd love to have you!
